I had the luck to get in touch with Maria while looking for my home in Toronto. Once I saw the way she worked, and how dedicated she was in helping me find the perfect place, I didn't have to look any further. She took care of everything, guiding me through every step of the process and even helping me out with things that were not necessarily in her "job description". We were lucky to have Maria Esener as our Real Estate agent! Being new immigrants in Canada, my partner and I experienced a lot of challenges, and one of them was looking for a place to rent in downtown Toronto. Maria helped us in all ways possible! Als mein Mann nach Toronto geflogen ist, hat sie an den drei folgenden Tagen Besichtigungstermine organisiert, sodass wir schnell Erfolg hatten.
Ich rate jedem, der nach Toronto ziehen möchte, Maria an der Seite zu haben. Zudem ist es für uns ein kostenloser Service, da hier der Vermieter die Kosten trägt.
Auch nach dem Mieten unseres Hauses sind wir weiterhin in Kontakt und sie steht einem bei Rat und Tat zur Seite.
Es gibt hier nur 5 Sterne zu vergeben. Für uns hat sie definitiv mehr verdient!

I want to express my deepest gratitude for the professional work of Maria Essener. This is a reference example of a realtor's work. At each stage, she did everything possible to achieve the result. Starting with the selection of options and ending with our check-in. We clearly understood which option we were looking for, and she devoted as much time as was necessary to searching, selecting and reviewing options. The work schedule was irregular. Maria was always in touch at any time and was ready to discuss, help in resolving all issues related to our request. But I would like to keep special attention on her human qualities.
